1. About GamBooking
GamBooking is an online platform operated by GamRealty Real Estate in The Gambia. It connects travelers with verified property owners offering short-, mid-, and long-term rentals.
2. How Bookings Work
- All bookings are made directly through Gambooking.com.
- Once your payment is received, your reservation is confirmed.
- You’ll receive all check-in details by email or WhatsApp.
3. Payments
- The full rental amount (plus service and cleaning fees if applicable) must be paid through the platform.
- All transactions are handled securely through our payment partner.
- The GamBooking service fee (10%) is non-refundable.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Each property has its own cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict).
Refunds—if applicable—are processed within 14 business days.
5. During Your Stay
- Respect house rules and property care.
- You’re responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests.
- Check-in and check-out times are shown on the listing. Late check-out may incur a fee.
6. Liability
GamBooking only facilitates bookings.
We are not responsible for:
- the condition or safety of a property,
- the actions of owners or guests,
- delays, cancellations, or losses caused by events outside our control.
7. Privacy
We collect and use your information only to process bookings and improve our service, in line with our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
All bookings are governed by the laws of The Republic of The Gambia.
Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in Banjul.
